Customers who subscribe to Caller ID service can view the number and/or name of most callers. If your privacy is a concern and you do not want your name and telephone number to be seen by the person you are calling you have two options:1)Caller ID Blocking Per Call: Dial *67 immediately before each call. Only the current call will be blocked.2)Caller ID Blocking Per Line: For $4/month, you can enroll in this service and your information will be automatically blocked. If you wish to have your information delivered on a specific call, dial *82 before dialing.There are two instances where Caller ID Blocking will not work:1)For your safety, your information will always be delivered when dialing 911.2)Your information will be revealed to an “800-number” provider when you call them, even if your number is blocked.
